Many years’ research study indicates the water with 35%-60% low purity flows to the Tuul River from the Ulaanbaatar city’s wastewater treatment and has been polluting the river water for many years. This polluted river water impossible to clean its water and directly confluence to the Orkhon River. Thereby, the polluted flowing river water constantly has negative impact on soum centers, settlement area, animals, plants, ecology and aquatic environment along the river. During the research study above conditions contradicts with Mongolian law, standard and international conventions in several ways.
In this study, we have developed the possibility of adapting in Mongolian climate and physical geography condition and practicing the planting aquatic plants to clean the lake water on the polluted water source in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan and reusing the water from the irrigation system in Shiga Prefecture, Japan.
