Diseases caused by water purity, one side pathogenises microorganism, usage of chemically contaminated water, the other side it is depending on water scarcity due to loss of care regime and hygiene. Therefore, we have determined the chemical compositions of water in these lakes and compared with previous research data. The macro and micro component composition of the saline lakes of the Mongolia is considered. It is shown that most of the lakes this region conteins high content of uranium. Among the explored lakes the greatest uranium resources are stored in lake Khyargas nuur (about 6000 ton). As the studied lakes contain high concentration of other useful components (Br, Li, B, Sr, Rb), uranium extraction from the lakes of Mongolia can be profitable. Most of the Western Mongolian Great lakes Pleistocene-Neogene Basin
s water contains carbonate ions (4-600 mg/L) as anions, hydrocarbonate ion (290-2500mg/L) comparing to sodium and potasium ions that says these lake water rich of salt and brackish. Some of lake water contains high amount of magnesium ion makes mineral contents and it makes water pH reaches to 7.4-9.4. These elements are high in the Shaazgai lake and high amount of arsenic shows that this water is ecologically toxic. The study shows that high content of Uranium positively related to amount of sodium, chlorium, bicarbon, carbon ion, pH and arsenic, negatively related to magnesium, calcium, and potasium cations and sulfate ions accumulations. The amount of uramiun and lithium remains related to the local mountain rock and its componenets.
