ХӨРСНИЙ ЧИЙГИЙГ ЗАЙНААС ТАНДАХ АРГААР СУДАЛСАН ДҮН

The purpose of this research is to identify and map surface soil moisture in case of Kharaa river basin. We selected 105 sampling point by using systematic and grid sampling method. Soil was sampled between 23th to 26th of june in 2016 and average soil moisture was 18.64%. Remote sensing method was used for mapping soil moisture index (SMI). Correlation between field study and remotely sensed SMI is 0.68 and it is higher in forest mountainous area compare to low mountain-valley area.
